Typhoon Domeng exits PAR, but enhanced southwest monsoon still bringing rain

Typhoon Domeng exited the Philippine Area of Responsibility on June 1, 2026, but continues to enhance the southwest monsoon bringing moderate to heavy rainfall and flooding risks across multiple regions. The enhanced monsoon is expected to bring 50-100 millimeters of rainfall to areas including Zambales, Bataan, Cavite, Batangas, Metro Manila, and other regions over the next 72 hours, with warnings for possible floods and landslides in affected areas.
