Angat Dam water levels vulnerable to depletion amid El Niño dry spell

Tropical storm Kiyapo and monsoon rains temporarily slowed the depletion of Angat Dam's water reservoir, which has been gradually declining during summer months. The dam remains vulnerable to prolonged drought conditions due to El Niño effects this year.
