Tropical Storm Nuri exits Philippine area of responsibility

Tropical Storm Nuri shifted direction and exited the Philippine area of responsibility early Thursday morning while maintaining its strength, according to Pagasa's 4 a.m. update. The storm was tracked approximately 1,415 kilometers east of Eastern Visayas, moving away from immediate threat to the Philippines.
