LTFRB grounds Victory Liner buses after deadly Benguet accident

The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) grounded 26 buses belonging to Victory Liner following a deadly accident in Benguet that killed one passenger and injured approximately 90 others. LTFRB Chair Vigor Mendoza II issued a show-cause order against the transport company as regulatory action in response to the incident.
