Baybay City approves new tricycle fares amid fuel price increases

Baybay City government in Leyte approved new provisional tricycle fare rates through Resolution No. 2026-01 in response to rising fuel prices affecting transportation operators. The fare adjustment was authorized during a special Sangguniang Panlungsod session on March 10 to help motorized tricycle drivers cope with increased operational costs.
