Legarda secures bicam approval strengthening free college law

The bicameral conference committee approved a reconciled version of Senate Bill No. 1894 and House Bill No. 8476, both aimed at enhancing the Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education Act (RA 10931). Senate President Pro Tempore Loren Legarda led the deliberations to strengthen free college access for Filipino students through legislative improvements to the existing law.
