Basilan implements 4-day work week for energy conservation

Basilan Gov. Mujiv Hataman has implemented Executive Order No. 13 establishing a four-day work week with mandatory work-from-home Fridays for provincial government operations as an energy conservation measure in response to national government directives amid Middle East tensions. Critical and frontline services including government hospitals, health facilities, and emergency response units will continue full-week operations to maintain public safety and service continuity.
