Robinsons Land builds ₱2.3B modernized market complex in General Santos

Robinsons Land Corp. has partnered with General Santos City government to develop Palengke Heneral, a ₱2.33 billion modernized public market and commercial complex featuring a three-story facility with solar panels and integrated security systems. Under a 25-year build-operate-transfer agreement, the project aims to upgrade traditional retail infrastructure, improve vendor productivity and consumer comfort, and introduce sustainability features across a 23,126-square-meter site in the city's primary commercial district.
